UHS Keystone School - Rancho Cucamonga is a non-public school servicing special education student’s grades 1st through 12th. UHS Keystone School - Rancho Cucamonga has over 100 students enrolled who are referred by over 16 public school districts. UHS Keystone School - Rancho Cucamonga’s faculty and support staff provide a quality educational setting with a staff and student ratio of 1 to 3 which provides optimal supervision for further enhancing a positive learning environment. UHS Keystone School - Rancho Cucamonga’s state approved curriculum is aligned with Rancho Cucamonga Unified School District and Chaffey Joint Union School District. TEACCH and PECs are both utilized as a teaching and communication methods for autistic and SH students. The schools’ program also includes a work experience and job development program for students 14+ years old that includes social skill development, mobility training, portfolio development, on site jobs, and placement in off campus jobs that are overseen by a job coach. Positive behavioral interventions are utilized campus wide along with individual/group therapy. The school also provides weekly classroom community-based outings and a school wide academic/behavior incentive outing. In addition, students have the opportunity to participate in numerous activities such as Science Club, Sports Teams including football, basketball, soccer and a yearly Junior Senior Prom.
